1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

2. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the data and links embedded in your QR codes. It is strictly prohibited to use the Service for:

• Distributing malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
• Hosting content that violates local or international laws (including EU regulations).
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.

QR Studio reserves the right to disable any QR code or terminate accounts without prior notice if a violation is suspected.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All financial transactions are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with a 30-day notice to active users.

4. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. QR Studio is not responsible for data loss caused by technical failures of third-party hosting providers (e.g., Vercel, Firebase) or force majeure events.
